GRAND PRIZE CONTEST

Sponsored by

Kristin Sjaarda, Gardener's Kit and Unicorn Blooms

Let’s celebrate Canadian Flowers Week by showing everyone what locally-grown Canadian flowers are all about:

Community

Collaboration

Crazy-beautiful, 100% local flowers

Gather your best flower buds and build some sort of immersive flower experience/installation/selfie backdrop - anything you can dream up and invite your community to enjoy.

To enter the Grand Prize contest, document your creation in a single Instagram reel or post by tagging @canadianflowersweek #canadianflowersweekgrandprize. @canadianflowersweek will feature submissions all week long, Aug 15-21. On the 21st, with the help of community feedback, the top 4 entries will be selected as finalists for a @canadianflowersweek Instagram poll where our incredible flower community can decide which entry wins the Grand Prize! Winner to be announced August 22nd.

The CFW Grand Prize includes:

A gorgeous 20 x 30” art print ode to local flowers

(print selection TBD, 20x30' art print, valued at $500)

by celebrated Canadian artist, Kristin Sjaarda

Grower’s Essentials pack of how-did-I-live-without-these garden tools

from Gardener’s Kit in Victoria BC

Over $1000 worth of premium Groot & Groot peony roots including

Pastelegance, Majesty’s Scepter, Majesty’s Coral and Vanilla Schnapps

from Unicorn Blooms

Encourage your community to celebrate Canadian Flowers Week with you, share your stories and vote for your official entry.

Help @canadianflowersweek draw attention to what our amazingly talented flower community is up to. Let’s all work together to put Canadian Flowers on the map!
